Building the glacier geometry

Initially, I have attempted to build just a parabolic U-shaped valley to allow for proof-of-concept comparison with theoretical glacier flow solutions.

When using surface adaptor using topo_data, the Y values given in the topo_data file (can just be text) are added on to the values defining the original box. I'm not sure what happens if you use this when the original shape is defined as Everywhere.
